  5. Delivery Terms:

   The products in the catalogue are usually not on stock. We order them from the supplier/vendor for you on your demand, regarding your order, therefore the expected delivery time is about 2-3 weeks, counted from your payment has been received. The lead time of some specific products can be longer. Some products are on stock and you can receive them within 5 working days.
  
  6. Order
 
   You can send your order either in email or by phone. Sending of your order also means the acceptance of these conditions.
  
  7. Warranty and Returns:

   We assume warranty for the same time and under the same conditions as the vendor does for its products. The failed products will be sent to the supplier/vendor for repairing or change. Cost of sending to the supplier/vendor and back to the customer is our charge, cost of sending to us is the charge of the customer. We do not change products that are not faulty. If a product is failed in consequence of misuse or injured because of careless handling, we send it to repair only, when the costs of service and the shipment to and back have been paid by the customer.
  
  8. Cancellation of The Order
 
   There is no way to modify or cancel an order after we have confirmed it. Sending the order to us also means the acceptance of this condition.
